    AY型系列离心泵可用在石油精制、石油化工和化学工业及其他输送不含固体颗粒的石油、液化石油气等介质。根据使用条件，泵的过流部件材料分为三类，详见下表：

    The series centrifugal oil pump of type AY may be used in petroleum reinling, chemical industry,chemicalindustry, and transport petroleum that not contain solid grain and other mediums like liquefied petroleum gas and so on. According to using condition,thematerial of flowing parts are divided into 3 konds,please see the folowing table for derrails:

    除以上三类材质外，用户还可选用其他材料也可按GB3215-82炼厂化工及石油化工流程用离心泵，通过技术条件，选择泵的个部件材料或其他特殊材料，但需与我厂洽商。

    结构说明

    Structural Specification

    AY型油泵分留种结构形式：

    单级单吸悬臂式、两级单吸悬臂式、单级双吸悬臂式、单级双吸两支承式、两级单吸两支承式。

    该型泵壳体为径向剖分，安装方式为水平中心线支承，泵的吸入口和排除法兰为垂直向上，轴封不仅能用软填料，而且与机械密封互换。轴承体装有一套向心球轴承和一组背对背安装的推力球轴承，轴承用稀油润滑，为了检修方便，不必拆卸吸入或排出管路、采用了弹性柱销加长联轴器（也可配弹性膜片联轴器）就能很容易地拆出叶轮，轴承、轴承等零部件。

    Type AY oil pump are divided 6 kinds of structural type:

    Single stage single suction cantilevered, double stage single suction cantileverd,single stage double suction two supported, double stage suction two supported , double stage single suction  two supported.

    The type of the pump body cut in radial direction and the installed way is horizontal centerline supporting, the inlet and discharge flange are both upward, the shaft seal can be packing or mechanical seals. Bearing body installed a set of radial ball bearings and a group of pulling ball bears and lubricared by thin oil .you need not diamount the outlet and inlet pipes for inspection. It is rather easy to disassemale the componenrs such ad impeller,the bearing, the shaft seal erc. If you adopt flecible lengthened plug or flexble diaphragm coupling.
